Spoiled/ Smores!

Chuckles spoiled me on our anniversary by buying me beautiful flowers, perfume, work out shoes, and a sweet card. How lucky am i? :) We also had a tasty dinner at Bonsai, while my sister watched Ander for us. Thanks tonz Rube!!

Also, we roasted smores in our house the other night with our smores maker that Chuck's sister bought us for Christmas a few years ago. We decided to finally try it out, since we were not able to actually go to the mountains to roast them, but they were sure good.

btw- if any of you were wondering about my cheesy last post, i was using some lingo from the "seriously so blessed" blog. You should read that blog some time, if you haven't already.

Happy Anniversary to me & Chuckles!

Chuck and i are celebrating our 3 year anniversary today, yay!! I am seriously soooo blessed to be married to such a super hubby and father!! Sure love you angelbabe! :)

Ander's Obsessions/ Becky's B-Day Dinner

Ander is seriously so obsessed with his binky, bear, and bubbles. The 3 B's! He has to be holding all 3 at the same time, all the time! He is constantly saying, bubbles, bear, and duhduhduh (for binky), it is like a broken record playing all day long. I am getting to the point where i desperately want to get rid of the binky, because it is making his front teeth come forward and i think it may be affecting his speech. He also has a "freak out" if he drops it in the car or in his crib and can't find it. so i think i will be taking the binky away after Ander turns 2 (which is less than a month away) and hope that i can survive the few days after. I do love that he has his bear and binky to comfort him though, but we think he is at the age where we need to put a stop to the binky. Wish Chuck and i luck! :) Ander also loves, loves bubbles!! It has been hard to please him constantly since bubbles are not the best to do indoors, but i found these "no spill" bubbles and they have been working like a charm. I cannot tell you how many bottles of bubbles we go have gone through, and i am sure there are many more to come. They have a huge bottle of bubbles at the daycare at the gym and Ander never wants to leave when i come to get him because he wants the teachers there to keep blowing bubbles for him. It is really quite cute that Ander has these obsessions, however, they can make things a bit frustrating at times too. I would not want to change one thing about Ander's little personality though, he teaches me so much and i cannot imagine my life without him!

Also, we went to dinner tonight at TGI Friday's (without Ander, yay!) for my sister in law Becky's birthday. We have not been to dinner with all adults and no Ander for ages, it seems. so it was quite a treat. Happy Birthday Beck, sure love ya!!

Cute, but Sad...

Asthma Attack...

Our little Ander had his first asthma attack yesterday. He is now on a type of steroid and he has to do breathing treatments from a nebulizer at home for the next 4-5 days. The dr. said that a virus or allergies could be the cause and who knows if or when he will have another attack, so we will just have to wait and see. Chuck and i both have family members that have asthma, so i guess Ander got the luck of getting it too. Hopefuly, it will be nothing to worry about, since it is not that serious, it is just sad to see and hear Ander struggling to breathe. It definitely could be worse, so i am thankful that he is a pretty healthy normal little guy.

Royal India/Draper Park

We have been pretty boring around here lately, so our excitement for the week was lastnight we decided to go eat dinner at our favorite Indian restaurant (Royal India). It is always so delicious and Ander even ate his dinner all by himself (for the most part). After we ate we headed over to another fave place of ours as of lately, Draper Park. Ander loves to go down the steepest slide there and it is so funny to watch his face as he goes down. Also, Ander has never really liked to swing, but lastnight he really seemed enjoy it and i am so happy that i was able to get it on video. p.s.-can u tell Chuck was really thrilled to have his pic taken? he also threw out his back lastnight and has been in alot of pain, so that was a real bummer, poor Chuckles!

Hanging at J's!

We had so much fun hanging out at Jenn's house today! Trista and Katie also came over with their kids, so it was pretty crazy, in a funny/good way. However, Ander just really kept to himself for the most part and tried to drive me crazy by doing all the things that he knew he shouldn't by the end. It was still really fun and he was good for the most part. He sure did load up on the cheesy poofs and juice though, i think that is why he kept pointing to his stomach and saying "owie". I love hanging out at Jenn's, she has the best house and backyard for kids to play, it is always a great time! Thanks for feeding us J, and for the entertainment! I wish i could have taken a pic of all of the kids and the ladies, but it was just too crazy, so these are the best one's that i got. Ander really wanted to play in Kody's walker, even though he is 5 times too big for it, silly boy.
